    POOR PEOPLE, RICHER ENVIROMENTS Since 1997 when “Gran Horizonte” office skyscraper was abandoned in Caracas, up to 3000 people have occupied it and created a sort of community called “Torre David”.  People customize its homes among concrete offices structure & colonized it with many different activities such as community spaces, sport spaces, shops, churches and of course many dwelling. Recently a Venice Biennal awarded project by Think Tank group proposed to transform it into a bioclimatic building, improving its accessibility and construction conditions.
